Passionate about helping people achieve their goals, Will brings a strong background in education, customer service, and sales to his role at Ray White. Originally from Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, Will has always held a special connection to Phillip Island, spending countless summers here before making the permanent move in 2023 with his fiancée.

Before stepping into real estate, Will worked as a high school PE and Outdoor Education teacher. A role that strengthened his communication skills and taught him the importance of patience, empathy, and building trust. His previous work at a golf course and leisure facility also helped him connect with people from all walks of life.

Will thrives on building relationships and guiding clients through the buying and selling process with honesty and care. Friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding service, he takes pride in making every property journey a positive and rewarding experience.

Outside of work, you’ll find Will enjoying a round of golf, exploring the outdoors, or spending time with his fiancée, their Golden Retriever Yogi, and their cat Holly.
