Wendy is proud to have a Diploma in Business Valuation and a license in Real Estate which she achieved at the age of 23.
Wendy is a licensed Real Estate Agent and a Registered Property Valuer and has been involved with the exciting real estate industry since 1992. Wendy opened the doors to Samrani Property Group in Mansfield Avenue, Caringbah in 1999 and has had a successful career in Real Estate ever since.
Focused upon the sales, project marketing and management element of the real estate industry, Wendy's personalised service, innovative approach and dedication to getting the job done ensures a dynamic result for both Ray White Caringbah and her clients.
A highly respected sales executive, Wendy has a major focus on service and honesty matched with enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of the marketplace. Having lived in and worked in The Shire for most of her life, Wendy has a special appreciation for what she describes as an unquestionable lifestyle and quality of the residents of The Shire.
Energetic and motivated, Wendy is renowned for her astute advice, phenomenal results and negotiating prowess, she revels in the challenge of achieving record prices yet finds the most satisfaction in the relationships she forms – every client is a "client for life". Wendy enjoys spending quality time with her three children and she absolutely adores and cherishes each and every minute spent with them. "My children are my life".
