Move straight in, make it your own or explore the potential of the block.
Positioned on a generous 681sqm (approx.) R40-zoned block, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home combines original character with the updates made during the owners' 2020 renovation. Whether you are looking for a home to enjoy now or considering the potential of the land, there is plenty to explore.
Original timber floors and high ceilings retain the home's character, while the renovated open-plan kitchen, living and dining area provides a practical space for everyday family life. The renovation included new kitchen cabinetry, updated bathrooms and additional storage. A wood-fired potbelly stove adds to the living area.
The main bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, while the second and third bedrooms offer space for furniture and storage. The home has two bathrooms, including a bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, toilet and vanity.
Ducted evaporative air-conditioning was replaced with a new unit in 2024, and reverse-cycle air-conditioning was installed in the third bedroom in 2020. Outside, the spacious backyard includes an elevated swimming pool with treetop views and a deck beneath the trees. Established gardens, two sheds and ample driveway parking add to the outdoor space. The property also has a solar system and instantaneous gas hot water.
The 681sqm (approx.) block with reported R40 zoning offers an opportunity to investigate future development or subdivision options, subject to confirmation of site details and all relevant planning requirements and approvals. Buyers should make their own enquiries about what may be possible.
Millett Park is virtually across the road, with St Dominic's and Yuluma Primary Schools, playgrounds, cafes and restaurants nearby. Brighton Beach and Scarborough's coastal attractions are an easy trip down the hill.
The location also offers access to Lake Gwelup, Karrinyup Shopping Centre, Westfield Innaloo, local secondary schools, Stirling Train Station and the freeway. Nearby public transport includes bus services and the free Surf CAT service to Scarborough Beach.

What The Owner Loves:
We have loved raising our young family here, with long summer days spent in the pool, enjoying produce from the garden that Tom has lovingly tended and heading down the hill to Brighton Beach. Lazy Sunday afternoons in the backyard have been filled with charcoal barbecues, family, friends and plenty of good times.
The central location has also been wonderful, with the beach, schools and Perth CBD all within easy reach. This cottage has been the perfect place for our family and holds so many special memories. As our family has grown, it is now time for our next chapter and a new beginning for the home and its next owners.
