Tenique’s transition from Trinity College to Ray White Colac marked the fulfilment of a long-held ambition to build a career in the real estate industry. After commencing university studies in a Bachelor of Commerce, Tenique found her way into real estate and quickly discovered a passion for the dynamic, people-focused nature of the industry.

Beginning her career as a Property Management Associate, Tenique developed a strong foundation in client service, organisation and industry knowledge. Her dedication, enthusiasm and willingness to embrace new challenges saw her progress into a Sales role, working alongside Toby, where she continues to expand her skill set and professional confidence.

Outside of work, Tenique places great importance on maintaining strong relationships with family and friends, regularly making time to connect and unwind. She has also recently achieved the exciting milestone of purchasing her first home with her partner, further strengthening her appreciation for the property journey from both a professional and personal perspective.
