Taylor brings a people-first approach to her role, backed by a strong background in customer-facing positions. Prior to real estate, she worked in medical reception and most recently as a Careers and Pathways Advisor with BUSY At Work, where she supported individuals in securing apprenticeships and achieving their career goals. These experiences shaped her communication skills and reinforced her passion for guiding people through important life decisions.

Five months into the real estate industry, Taylor is enjoying the fast-paced and ever-changing environment. She is known for her professionalism, organisation and proactive problem-solving, along with being approachable, reliable and detail-oriented in everything she does.

Taylor especially values the relationships she builds with clients, tenants and landlords, and enjoys helping them navigate key milestones with confidence and clarity. Clients can expect clear communication, a professional approach and practical solutions to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Outside of work, Taylor is a proud mum to her two-year-old daughter who keeps her busy and grounded.
