Joining the team in 2020, Tanya initially started in Property Management before moving into sales administration alongside Townsville North's leading agents, Allison Gough and Jake Austin. Right from the start, her down-to-earth approach, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm made her an invaluable asset to the agency.

Now stepping up as Operations Manager for the entire agency, Tanya brings her deep hands-on experience into an expanded leadership role. She keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes - streamlining day-to-day processes, elevating standards, and providing dedicated support across all departments, from property management to the sales team.
