Steven has been in the Lidcombe, Berala, Regents Park, Auburn and surrounding areas since 2000. Driven, persistent and dedicated to achieving outstanding results for every client, his local knowledge, outstanding performance and a consistency of achieving record prices have earned him a well deserved reputation of excellence.
With over 19 years of experience in the property industry, Steven has held the role of a Sales Manager in a number of leading property agencies in the local area before taking the next big step in joining Australasia’s largest Real Estate Group, Ray White Group, in 2013.
“I’m not here to simply sell properties. Every home tells a story and I love that. My job is to provide an exceptionally professional selling experience for home owners whilst finding the best, most-suitable home for buyers”.
Steven’s Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) has provided Steven with a sound foundation and understanding of the building industry which gives him the ability to provide quality services in the property industry.
More than an ordinary bilingual speaker, Steven is fluent in five languages - English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese and Teochew dialect. His invaluable language skills set a key point of difference as a professional real estate agent in one of Sydney’s most multicultural markets. Steven’s personal and professional network spreads his client database both Australia wide and across Asia.
