Steve was born and raised in Taree, living all of his life in the Manning Valley having attended both Taree West & Taree High Schools. Now living in Chatham since 1992, his family had also been associated with both Chatham Public and Chatham High Schools. Steve's father Raby Smith is from Taree & mother Kath was born in Wingham. Steve has worked in several different industries, starting with an after-school job with Malvern Star Bicycles in Wingham then automotive spare parts & electrical retail. However, Steve has discovered real estate is the greatest job in the world.

Steve knows & understands the Manning Valley very well. His local connection is a big advantage when providing homeowners with accurate information in relation to the market & giving an insight into selling homes in the area.
