With over two decades in real estate since 2001, Simone brings a rare blend of architectural insight, emotional intelligence, and theatrical flair to her role as Property Manager at Ray White Williamstown.

Joining the team in May 2025, she has quickly become known for her ability to juggle the practical and the personal—whether inspecting a toilet or approving major renovation works, every task is approached with precision and personality.

Raised in the glazing industry and holding a Bachelor in Architectural Glass, her fascination with homes began early, often befriending kids just to explore their houses. That curiosity evolved into a career driven by a nurturing spirit and a love of residential architecture.

Simone’s musical theatre background—especially as a Dome Operator—has equipped her  with the confidence and empathy to navigate tough conversations and wear multiple hats with ease.

A proud local resident for 50 years, she is deeply embedded in the Williamstown community, from its historic sporting clubs to its vibrant arts scene. Her lived experience as both renter and investor gives her a balanced perspective, and her career has spanned moments of deep human connection—from births, deaths and marriages.

Recognized as Detector Inspector’s Property Manager of the Year in 2023, she continues to elevate the customer experience with authenticity and heart.

Outside of work, she is a performer at heart, a frustrated foodie with a review page, a former shopping tour guide, and currently halfway through writing a fictional novel. Her story is one of passion, resilience, and a spotlight that never dims.
