Shannen started out in her real estate journey in June 2023 joining the industry as a receptionist and sales support team member. She has spent the last 18 years in the cleaning industry where she succeeded in many roles. Her vast years of knowledge and hands on experience in property and asset maintenance makes her a valuable asset to our agency and to our clients.

She originally comes from the hospitality field where she started honing her customer service skills. This carried over to the cleaning industry where she worked her way up into supervisory roles that ultimately led her to starting her own cleaning and landscaping business. It was through cleaning that Shannen found her love of real estate. In her 18-year career in cleaning and property maintenance, Shannen became a specialist in bond and sale cleans while working closely with numerous real estates both in Brisbane and Northern NSW. 

This experience and knowledge coupled with her second career as a label signed music artist, have given her real-world hands-on experience that creates out of the box thinking that gains results. Shannen looks forward to helping you in your real estate journey.
