Scott has owned the Ray White North Quays office for 14 years, with most of his 20-year Real Estate career dedicated to servicing Perth’s northern coastal corridor.
A Ray White Premier Business Leader, Scott is very much focused on his trusted clientele and believes that good communication is the key to any good relationship. His excellent negotiation skills are one of his best assets, helping him achieve optimal results for his clients – proven time and time again through his repeat and referral business.
Scott’s “Premier Club” status is attributed to his positive ‘can-do’ attitude and his determination to alleviate his clients’ concerns by creating a stress-free environment for all involved.
Scott aims to ensure the process of buying and selling real estate is an enjoyable experience for his clients by incorporating all of their needs into a comprehensive and customised sales and marketing plan.
His ethical and professional nature holds Scott in high esteem by his peers, while his determination to ensure your real-estate goals are promptly and efficiently achieved are simply second-to-none.
Scott has just designed and built his dream family home and when not relaxing there – or working – he enjoys fishing, boating and a leisurely game of golf to pass the time by.
He is also a father to two daughters, who he says inspire him to achieve his goals.

Ray White North Quays
The franchise company of Ray White Real Estate – North Quays initially commenced trading in April 1991 as part of the Peet and Company Group.
From the beginning the North Quays Office has developed a professional team of residential sales consultants, together with one of the largest rental portfolios in the northern suburbs.
The Ray White Real Estate Group of Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Indonesia which was founded in Queensland in 1905, acquired both residential groups of Peet and Co and Mair and Co in September 1993.
