Sandra Hawkins – Business Manager, Ray White Bribie Island

Sandra Hawkins brings extensive experience in education, business management, and operations to her role as Business Manager at Ray White Bribie Island. A lifelong resident of Bribie Island, Sandra holds degrees in both Economics and Teaching and has taught across TAFE, primary, and high school levels, including at Banksia Beach Primary School. She has also developed and managed two successful childcare centres, showcasing her leadership, organizational skills, and business acumen.

Throughout her career, Sandra has been the operational backbone in all business ventures alongside her husband Bryce Hawkins, providing essential support behind the scenes. In recent years, she has applied this expertise to Ray White Bribie Island, supporting property management, sales, and overall business operations.
