An ideal holiday getaway, renovators delight or remove and rebuild. On entry you are greeted with a kitchen containing ample drawer and cupboard space. Continuing through the kitchen is a dining and large spacious lounge. Two bedrooms both with built in robes branch off from the lounge. The laundry and bathroom are adjacent to the bedrooms and the back laundry door leads out to the rear verandah, a great place to sit and relax on those warm summer nights. The third bedroom is accessible from the west side of the verandah and also forms part of the storage facility. A small allotment at the rear would suit a veggie patch and an outdoor sink is centrally located for filleting your catch of the day. A carport and verandah are also located at the front of the house. Located on a very short street of just 10 houses with the Esplanade at the end. When they say "location is everything" this is the epitome of that phrase.
