Russell Smail is the founder and director of the award winning Lime St Projects.  He brings over 30 years of local and international property experience to the Ray White Cottesloe | Mosman Park team as a Sales Executive.

Russell has developed, constructed and project managed in excess of $200 million of residential property in WA since starting Lime St Projects in 2003.  The extensive property portfolio, many of which are in the Western Suburbs, included the purchasing of sites, amalgamation of titles, project management as well as co-ordination of sales as the client.

Prior to immigrating to Australia, Russell was a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and founded a specialist commercial investment and development agency in London, UK.  During this time he was involved the buying and selling of central London Offices, Retail Properties and Hotels, utilizing  his negotiating skills with clients such as ANZ, Credit Swiss, REIT Asset Management and Capital and Counties PLC.

Russell’s property experience and creative thinking offers a wide range of services to the industry including sales representative, buyers advocate, design consultant on development as well as advice on subdivision, building and renovation.
