Hi, I’m Ruby Gilmore and I’m proud to be starting my journey in real estate with Ray White Lake Macquarie.

This is my first year both in the industry and with the Ray White team, and I couldn’t be more excited to be stepping into a career that truly feels like the right fit. Before diving into real estate, I completed a Bachelor of Business at the University of Newcastle and worked as a Human Resources Assistant Manager at McDonald Jones Stadium — roles that helped shape my communication, organisation, and people-first approach.

Growing up on a small farm just outside of Wagga Wagga, I’ve always valued community. That sense of knowing your neighbours, lending a hand, and feeling like you belong — it’s what I love most about living in Lake Macquarie, and it’s the energy I bring to my role every day.

As a Leasing Agent, I get to do what I love most: helping people find not just a house, but a place they can truly call home. Whether it’s congratulating new tenants, supporting property owners, or finding the right match for both, I’m here to make the process seamless, supportive, and personal. I genuinely care about the experience each person has, and I pride myself on building lasting, trusting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Some of the milestones I’m most proud of include:

• Taking the leap and moving away from my family farm at 18 to chase my dreams;

• Graduating from Mater Dei Catholic College with high academic achievements in English and Legal Studies;

• And now, beginning my dream career in real estate, where I can finally put my passion for people, property, and hard work into action.

My goal is simple: to go above and beyond in every interaction, exceed expectations, and make a positive difference in the lives of the people I work with. And one fun fact — if we do work together, just know your paperwork will be colour-coordinated, fonts perfectly picked, and every detail thoughtfully aligned (a little OCD, maybe… but I call it dedication — and yes, pink will make an appearance!).
