I grew up on a sheep and beef farm in Rangitikei, New Zealand. I could back a trailer at 9 years of age, and de-horn a bull at 12, but farming wasn't for me.

Instead, I spent my twenties and thirties pursuing a career in professional rugby. I played internationally for Ireland for many years, I competed at two Rugby World Cups, and later spent three years as a skills coach with the New Zealand All Blacks. Those experiences taught me the value of preparation, resilience, teamwork and performing under pressure - qualities that continue to shape the way I approach real estate today.

After retiring from rugby, I graduated from Sydney's Julian Ashton Art School and spent a decade in the advertising industry. The combination of creativity, marketing and strategic thinking has proven invaluable in presenting homes to the market and negotiating outstanding outcomes for my clients.

Today, I specialise in the prestige property markets of Cremorne Point, Kurraba Point, Cremorne and Neutral Bay, with a particular focus on waterfront homes, luxury apartments and architecturally significant residences. Having worked extensively throughout these harbourside suburbs, I have developed an in-depth understanding of their buyers, pricing dynamics and the factors that consistently drive premium results.

I am also an integral member of Geoff Smith's Prestige Property Team at Ray White Lower North Shore - the region's leading prestige property team. While market conditions have become increasingly challenging, our team has continued to achieve exceptional results through disciplined buyer management, strategic negotiation and honest, evidence-based advice. We believe that great sales outcomes are achieved not simply through marketing, but by understanding buyers, creating genuine competition and guiding clients with clarity throughout every stage of the sales process.

Our team has consistently led the prestige market across Sydney's Lower North Shore. Over the past year, we have secured a 37% market share in Mosman's $7–$10 million market and 34% of sales between $10 million and $20 million. These results reflect the strength of our buyer network, our collaborative team approach and our reputation for delivering outstanding outcomes in every market—particularly when conditions are at their most challenging.
