Rose was born in England and raised in New Zealand. After 8 years in hospitality working as a receptionist, she developed exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for working with people, qualities that seamlessly transitioned her into real estate.
She began her career as a receptionist at a local agency and quickly discovered her passion for sales, Rose has since progressed into her role as a campaign manager. 

Working closely alongside Trent, Rose plays a vital role in the team’s day-to-day operations. She coordinates appointments, inspections, and open homes; prepares marketing campaigns and attends valuations and meetings, and ensures every campaign runs efficiently from launch to settlement. As a key point of contact for clients, she ensures each client feels confident, informed, and fully supported throughout the process.
