Born and bred here on the Gold Coast and continuing to enjoy the wonderful lifestyle now with his young family, Robert has always been passionate about a career in real estate. Having grown up listening to his father negotiate many property deals throughout the start up of Ray White Broadbeach, Robbie was keen to follow in his father’s footsteps as a high achiever in the Ray White group.
Robbie is an agent who has built a reputation for providing excellent service to his clients based on a commitment to consistent, high quality, and well planned property marketing. His efforts stand out from the crowd because he does not approach marketing as a routine formula of brochures, advertisements, signs and mail outs, but as a means to achieve the best sale price.
He treats the marketing for each property as a strategy to maximise opportunities to attract the right buyers to a property - and his dedication to first rate service then ensures that he makes the most of every opportunity.
Robert has been with the Ray White Surfers Paradise Group for over 23 years and is responsible for the sales and marketing of luxury top end apartments and homes within the Ray White Prestige Gold Coast team.
As a clear leader in the luxury property market on the Gold Coast, Robbie attributes his success to exposure through comprehensive marketing across multiple platforms - print, digital, social and neighbourhood. The origin of buyers in the exclusive market is spread further and wider than the local Gold Coast market and, accordingly, more strategic planning needs to be created in order to locate buyers for each and every campaign.
