Having been involved in over 2,700 leasing transactions across different market cycles, he has extensive experience planning strategic leasing outcomes.

With a strong working knowledge of Landlord Insurance and Tax Depreciation as well as practical knowledge of building and renovations, his clients can rest easy knowing both they and their properties are well cared for and set up to perform at their peak.

With a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of statistics and property trends, Rob has guided many clients to expand their portfolios and secure high performing properties. 

Rob continues to assist local, interstate and overseas clients and is accustomed to responding promptly, in line with his clients timezones.

During his career Rob has received numerous accolades at both the state and international levels, so you can rest assured you and your investments are in capable hands.

Originally from Auckland, New Zealand , Rob cut his teeth in the fast paced London property market, before returning to Perth in 2013 where he has continued to pursue his career.

Outside of work Rob enjoys travelling with his wife, caravaning & fishing, undertaking DIY projects at his house, adding to his ever-expanding collection of Guns N' Roses memorabilia and still plays soccer for Forrestfield United (over 35's mind you).
