With nearly five years of experience in the Ray White Group, Riley has developed a strong understanding of what drives a successful real estate business. Starting in sales, he was involved in close to 200 transactions within a single financial year, building extensive knowledge of the listing and sales process.
Later transitioning into operations, working behind the scenes to support business performance, he was in charge of developing processes and procedures to assist with office management and growth. Riley plays a key role in ensuring everything runs efficiently.
After a period running his own content creation business - taking him across Australia and overseas - Riley now joins Ray White Semaphore as Operations Manager. With a sharp eye for detail and a belief that “what gets measured gets improved”, he is focused on driving growth and delivering strong results for the team.
