Ricky is one of the Directors of Ray White Benalla and heads up our extremely successful commercial arm, Tower Business and Real Estate. Tower Business and Real Estate is one of Australia's leading Caravan Park and Motel brokers, having been in operation since 1956.  Real estate was always a natural progression for Ricky having grown up in and around it.  Ricky's Father Sam has almost 30 years’ experience in Real Estate was one of the owners of the business when Ricky and Peter Symes brought it from him over 5 years ago.   

A fourth generation Benalla person, Ricky was born and raised in the Rose City and is a proud member of the Benalla Community, having been involved in numerous sporting organisations and fundraising groups.  These strong family roots ensure that Ray White Benalla are closely aligned with, and genuinely care about Benalla and its people.  There is now a fifth generation of potential Real Estate agents coming through, with Ricky and wife Jodi the proud parents of Macey, Violet, Jasper and Vinny.
