Rachel is the Company Secretary here at Ray White CRE, where she plays a key role in supporting the governance, compliance, and administrative functions of the business. Acting as a central link between leadership and operations, she assists in ensuring the company meets its regulatory obligations while supporting effective decision-making and strong corporate governance practices. Rachel is highly regarded for her professionalism, attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to maintain the smooth and efficient functioning of the organisation.

Originally from Ireland, Rachel made the move to Melbourne in the spring of 2019 after spending four years in Dubai, where she gained invaluable international experience as a flight attendant while travelling the world.

Her passion for real estate was sparked at a young age. With a father who owned a real estate agency in Ireland, Rachel grew up immersed in the industry, often helping out in the office and attending auctions. This early exposure not only laid the groundwork for her career but also fostered a genuine and lasting interest in the property market.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys exploring Melbourne’s vibrant cultural and culinary scene, baking, catching up with friends, and unwinding with a well-earned pint of Guinness.
