COUNTRY LIFESTYLE ON A LITTLE OASIS
This 41.26 acre freehold country holding will give the feeling of a real ranch style environment. The two homes are among the trees and not far from the large lagoon out the back. It will be fully fenced and for the horse enthusiast the Giru Pony club grounds are only 500m up the road. The polo cross club is right next to the pony club so there is no need to have a horse float.
It is only 30 minutes from Townsville and minutes to Giru where there is a primary school and school buses service the secondary schools in Ayr.
This property is rarely short of water and feed is plentiful with plenty of swamp grasses that thrive in the paddocks around the homestead.
