Only Truck & Business Of It's Kind In The Greater Toowoomba Area!

Do The Jobs & Get Where The Big Guys Can't!

• Established In The Area Since 2019
• UD Nissan PK 16 250 Mixer Truck
• Forklift, Small Hoppers & Other P & E
• Run This Mobile Business From Your Own Yard

This is a solid business which has simply grown beyond the owners expectations much quicker than anticipated and it's time to expand or sell...the latter has been chosen. Plant & Equipment is not extensive, with all essential items included in the sale.

There is another arm to this business which is also available for purchase...included is a Mitsubishi 8 Wheeler with Crane and Dog Trailer. Although currently used for the transportation of Cement, Aggregate & Sand, these can be delivered to your site/yard by contractors, removing the necessity of this truck. This truck also does contract work outside of the requirements of On the Job Concrete Mixing, which would give another revenue stream.

Profit & Loss figures are available to approved enquirers. An inspection of the truck/mixer in operation on the job is essential.

This business is now established and successful...it's now time for the new operator to grow it.
