Peter MacIntyre (Class 1 Licensee in Charge | nearly 40 year’s experience, Specialising in Commercial, Industrial & Development) began his career in Real Estate in 1979 in the Hunter Region. Peter has been involved with all the major Franchise groups throughout his career and believes Ray White to be the most progressive and dynamic, Ray White operates nearly 1,000 offices in over 10 countries, Peter has been a member of the Ray White Group since the opening of his own office in 1990 and has achieved many accolades since then including but not limited to number one office, number one principal and top auction lister.
With a wealth of experience in real estate marketing Peter currently concentrates his efforts in commercial and industrial sales and developments. Morisset is one of the fastest growing areas on this side of the Lake and it is recognised by the Department of Planning NSW as an emerging major regional centre. Peter has played a key role in coordinating some of the leading retail companies to establish in town. At Ray White Morisset we continue to expand our commercial and industrial presence. We recently acquired the management of a number of major retail centres in the area and are continually building our property portfolio, therefore when you deal with Peter MacIntyre and Ray White you can be confident that you have access to every opportunity locally and internationally.
Peter lives and invests in the area; he is a keen water sportsman who loves surfing, fishing, kayaking, sailing and water skiing, and thus has a great knowledge of the Lake and what it has to offer. This enhances his ability to promote the area genuinely and enthusiastically. With Peter’s many years he has gained an abundance of wisdom in the real estate industry, this has been passed onto his employees at Ray White Morisset, together with training programs from Australia’s largest real estate group Peter has built a strong, intelligent and ethically sound team that all live and invest locally - “We have the advantage of an all local staff"
