Peta Tippet

  • Property Management

Peta began her real estate career as a receptionist under another franchise, where her dedication, professionalism, and warm client service quickly earned recognition. She was awarded Receptionist of the Year for Western Australia and went on to become a national runner-up — a testament to her excellence in front-line service.

As the business approached a change of ownership, Peta saw an opportunity to grow. Recognising the strong relationships she had built with both owners and tenants — particularly during a period of high staff turnover — she requested a move into property management. It was a leap into the deep end, and her very first week presented more than a few curveballs, but she came through stronger and more determined.

When the company changed hands, Peta remained in property management while also stepping into a dual role that included administration and payroll responsibilities.

In 2013, she transitioned to Ray White Crofts & Associates, where she has continued to thrive in her property management role.

Peta still finds the role as dynamic and rewarding as ever. No two days are the same — new challenges, new relationships, and continuous learning are what keep her inspired. In 2025, her commitment and performance were formally recognised when she was awarded Property Manager of the Half Year for WA.

Peta is a true professional who values the trust placed in her by landlords and tenants alike.

We would like to give you the opportunity to consider Mount Barker, a tourist and agriculture area framed by the beauty of the Stirling and Porongurup Ranges. If you’re looking for a home, land or rental investment come and take a look through the Shire of Plantagenet. Being approximately 50km from Denmark and Albany, we have many residents taking advantage of the country life, commuting to work in the adjoining city of Albany, or Denmark. The town centre has recently been transformed and offers a relaxing environment on those shopping days with a well-presented and supported Supermarket and Hardware Store (open 7 days a week) and numerous specialty stores.
