Larissa joined the Ray White Victoria and Tasmania corporate team in 2026, where she supports key operational functions, including recognition programs and network and training events, helping the team deliver high standards across the group.
She began her real estate career in 2020, quickly progressing from reception to Sales Associate and EA to the Director of a real estate office in Melbourne Inner West. Alongside her sales role, she contributed to daily operations, team initiatives, and event coordination, developing a strong understanding of sales processes and high-performing office environments.
Originally from Milan, Italy, she has a background in fashion and customer service, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organisation. Known for her positive mindset and enthusiasm, Larissa is passionate about supporting the growth of the Ray White network. Outside of work, her favourite thing to do is travelling.
