Jamie Billerwell is the Head of Property Management at Ray White Corporate. She brings an extensive background of property management operations, Business Development Management leadership, and corporate training, along with an expertise in property management growth, business development strategy, and high performance team coaching. Jamie’s role focuses on supporting leaders and Business Development Managers to strengthen prospecting, increase landlord growth, and build scalable systems that align with modern property management success. In this role, Jamie works closely with property management teams across the state to elevate performance, improve culture, and drive measurable business outcomes. Her success is highlighted by receiving the REA Award for Property Manager of the Year in 2019, reflecting her consistent commitment to excellence and client outcomes.
Jamie is also the founder of BDM Blueprint, a bespoke coaching and consulting brand that delivers tailored training programs, in office coaching, and strategic mentoring to help high performing Business Development Managers, property management teams and their agencies implement clear growth frameworks, strengthen referral pipelines, and improve conversion performance.
