Georgia sits in Ray White's Organisational Development team as Corporate Relations Manager, working at a Group level across corporate offices in Australia and New Zealand.
In this role, she works on organisational development, employer branding, culture projects and learning and development programs, namely the Leading People Program. She drives our Together initiative and platform, chairing the Together Champions wellbeing advocate program. Georgia is known to identify creative solutions and provide thoughtful consultancy, bringing an innovative, balanced and culturally-aware approach to her work.
Hailing from the UK, her career has followed an exciting albeit unorthodox path via luxury travel PR, financial research and tech communications, discovering her professional home in organisational development and employee-centric communications.
