Claire joined the Ray White corporate team with a strong foundation in real estate operations, trust accounting, and training.
Claire began her real estate career in 2021 at an independent agency, starting in office coordination before progressing into a trust accounting role supporting 13 offices. Her attention to detail and passion for compliance saw her moving to Operations Manager, where she led the trust accounting team and managed internal systems and software across the network.
Throughout her career, Claire has developed a strong focus on training and development, playing a key role in onboarding new administration staff, supporting sales teams, and delivering trust accounting training. She is also passionate about events and team engagement, regularly contributing to the coordination and delivery of internal events and training initiatives.
