Callum brings a strong background in business leadership, performance, and growth, with experience across franchise operations and real estate in both regional and metropolitan markets.
Since 2016, Callum has worked in franchise business operations, building a track record of identifying underperforming businesses and implementing strategies to scale revenue and develop high-performance teams.
He transitioned into real estate in 2021 with Ray White, gaining experience across residential and commercial sectors before leading a business in regional Queensland. A licensed auctioneer, Callum is known for his confident, controlled presence and ability to drive competitive outcomes under pressure.
In 2025, Callum relocated to Sydney to lead the sales function of a high-performing business, before moving into Ray White Corporate as Head of Performance. In this role, he partners with business owners and agents to lift standards, drive accountability, and deliver measurable performance improvement across the network.
