With over 1,550 transactions under his belt, he is a Fully Licensed agent with a wealth of experience and powerful negotiation skills that have allowed him to navigate through every scenario possible and, for these reasons, Paul’s clients feel at ease when he is behind the wheel!

With an eagle eye for detail and over 55 years of experience and counting, they are a force to be reckoned with in the South East when it comes to vendor management, buyer qualification, contract negotiations and post sale services.
Paul is fortunate to have 2 of Ray White Cranbourne’s longest and most loyal serving agents by his side. His brother, Matt, has recently taken on the role of Team Manager. A veteran of over 16 years in the field, he has a wealth of knowledge and a skill set second to none. Paul’s wife, Antoinette, is his Executive Assistance and is one of the most creative and hard working people you will ever meet.
It’s no wonder that Paul has been widely recognised throughout the Ray White group with a long list of accolades rewarding he tenure in the industry, customer service, sales numbers and commission value. Paul has qualifying as an Elite Agent for the past 15 years, an achievement that ranks him in the top 3% of all agents working under the Ray White banner, Australia’s most powerful property brand. His most rewarding achievement has been the journey from completing a traineeship in his first year to being asked to become a Parter of Ray White Cranbourne in 2017.
As a landlord himself and after personally buying, selling and building multiple times, Paul understands how daunting each process can be which has helped him to appreciate the emotions that his clients feel.
In his down time he loves enjoying a pot and a Parma, is a passionate supporter of the Geelong Footy Club and loves watching the Aussies skittle the Poms. With a collection of cars, and no mechanical skills what so ever, Paul loves weekend drives through the Bass Coast and shares a gorgeous daughter with Netty and appreciates, every day, the kind soul that she is. If you see him walking his mini-Dach, Todd, along the winding trails of Settlers Run be sure to say hi!
