Having built extensive experience as Campaign Manager, Olivia has recently been appointed Office Manager, recognising her exceptional organisational skills, leadership qualities, and commitment to delivering outstanding service across every aspect of the business.

Olivia's professional journey spans aviation, healthcare, hospitality, and administration, including experience as Cabin Crew with Virgin Australia and as a Receptionist within a busy medical practice. These roles have strengthened her ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and provide exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments. Her experience coordinating operations, liaising with professionals, and supporting clients has translated seamlessly into the dynamic world of real estate.

Throughout her time as Campaign Manager, Olivia has successfully coordinated countless property campaigns from listing through to settlement, ensuring every home is presented to the highest standard and every marketing campaign is delivered accurately and on time. Her meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proactive approach have made her an integral part of the sales process, working closely with agents, suppliers, and clients to ensure every campaign runs smoothly and professionally.

In her recently appointed role as Office Manager, Olivia now oversees the day-to-day operations of the Ray White Salisbury office, providing leadership and support to the team while ensuring systems, processes, and client service continue to operate at the highest standard.
