Octavia has spent her entire life in Canberra, fostering strong connections within the community and acquiring in-depth knowledge of the character of its diverse suburbs and town centres. Notably, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of both the northside and southside of the territory, which is somewhat uncommon for a Canberra native.

Prior to her career in property management, Octavia worked as a pharmacy assistant. Although she is relatively new to the real estate industry, she has quickly developed a passion for property. She is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for both tenants and property owners, ensuring seamless interactions for all parties involved.

Outside of work, Octavia enjoys indulging in cult TV classics from the 1990s and early 2000s, engaging in retail therapy, and spending quality time with her beloved Manx cat. She has been learning Mandarin for a couple of years and, while not yet fluent, relishes the opportunity to practice. Her next goal is to learn German.
