Throughout her career, Oana has worked across multiple areas of the industry, including property management, leasing, reception, and sales administration. She has previously supported a high-performing sales team, initially as a general administrator before progressing into a role managing a high volume of sale-to-settlement transactions for both buyers and vendors.

With a strong understanding of preparing a property for market, contracts, and the settlement process, Oana provides the structure and attention to detail that allows the team to perform at their best.
