The house is nestled in an elevated easy-care block on the waters' edge. It has direct access to the bush track to Hardys Bay.

THE MAIN HOUSE
The main house has three levels.
Main level
Overlooking the water is a large free-flowing living, dining and kitchen area. A covered terrace, perfect for entertaining, opens from the living area.
In the living area a slow combustion stove with a pizza oven will warm you in winter; while reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the house will keep you cool in summer.
The large galley kitchen has a Bosch induction cook-top / oven and a Miele dishwasher. To the rear of the kitchen is a delightful breakfast room with French windows opening onto a court yard.
Also, on the main floor is the master bedroom with ensuite and its own private courtyard. There is also a guest bedroom and master bathroom with a cast iron claw foot bath.
Top level
On the top floor there are two bedrooms connected by a study landing area. Both bedrooms have a wrap around windows giving the guest the sensation of sleeping in the tree tops.
Lower level
On the bottom floor there is a large rumpus room, fifth bedroom and bathroom/laundry. This level opens onto a lower deck and the garden with a pathway to the waters' edge.
From here you can launch your kayak and paddle out to fish or crab or simply explore the Brisbane Waters.
In the garden there is a hot shower to wash away the sand from the beach.
