A true feature of Allunga is the highly efficient geothermal heat pump system that extracts heat from underground and repurposes it through ducted air vents into each room, providing both heating and cooling.

Also on offer is a solar hot water tube system further adding to the overall efficiency of the home, with the tank inside an airing cupboard.

An extra wide lock-up garage provides internal access to the main residence, with a formed and paved driveway.
NBN is also connected to the property.
