Nigel is a Real Estate professional with extensive local Real Estate experience since 1994. Few local agents can claim the same success with many many properties sold (most in the local City of Kalamunda area) and numerous industry and Ray White awards.Originally employed as a Sales Representative by Ray White Kalamunda then becoming a partner of the business - Nigel took over 100% ownership in 2012 and rebadged the business to Ray White Aldridge and Associates.
Nigel is the Principal / Licensee of Ray White Aldridge and Associates and adheres to the philosophy of givers gain and has continually provided sponsorship to a number of organizations within the shire as well as sponsoring local sporting and community groups. He has also “put back” into the Real Estate industry with continual (over 15 years) service to the public enquiries desk at the Real Estate Institute as well as mentoring and coaching many local salespeople operating in the industry today.
Nigel appreciates the trust and confidence that Sellers and Buyers give him and has always acted ethically and responsibly when it comes to all his clients no matter how small or large the transaction.
