Nicky made the Sunshine Coast her forever home in 2008 after beginning her real estate career on Sydney's Northern Beaches in 1990. She returned to the industry in 2020, bringing with her a unique blend of industry knowledge and real-world business experience across travel, finance and business development.

Prior to re-entering real estate, Nicky spent 16 years as a successful travel advisor building a loyal client base through repeat and referral business. This experience shaped her people-first philosophy—focusing on long-term relationships, attention to detail and genuinely looking after her clients’ needs.

Now proudly part of the Ray White Palmwoods team as a Business Development Manager, Nicky combines her genuine passion for property and industry knowledge with a relationship-driven approach to help property owners manage their residential investment portfolios with confidence.

Known for her down-to-earth approach and strong communication skills, Nicky focuses on helping property investors achieve consistent, stress-free results by building strong relationships with property owners, tenants and local trades to ensure smooth processes and successful outcomes for all involved.

Holding a Real Estate Licence and a Diploma in Business, Management and Leadership, Nicky is recognised for her strengths in strategic planning, time management and clear, effective communication.

Outside of work, Nicky likes to relax at home and treasures time with her grandchildren, bringing a sense of balance, perspective and joy to her life.
