Nick Koenig is a Rural and Commercial Sales Agent with Ray White Rural Pittsworth, specialising in commercial, industrial, and rural property sales as well as clearing sales across the Darling Downs and Surat Basin regions. With a wealth of experience across agribusiness and real estate, Nick is known for his practical, hands-on approach, strong negotiation skills, and ability to deliver consistent results for his clients across sales and leasing.

Since entering the real estate industry in 2008, Nick has built extensive expertise in commercial and industrial property, including sales, leasing, and commercial property management. Backed by a strong understanding of regional markets, Nick has a natural ability to connect with both vendors and purchasers, and is enthusiastic about collaborating with individuals in the agriculture community to foster long term relationships.

Born and raised in the region, Nick possesses an innate understanding of the local landscape. His background includes rural property ownership in the Dalby and Roma districts, working with an independent stock and station agency, livestock feed and grain sales, sharefarming and farm management. He also has ongoing ownership of a contract harvesting business servicing the Darling Downs. Outside of work, Nick enjoys water skiing, travelling, and supporting the Brisbane Broncos, and is a proud grandfather.
