Nick Collett is the Sales Manager for Ray White Wilston and for those who know Brisbane's inner north, his appointment feels like a natural homecoming. Having grown up in Stafford and attended St Joseph's Nudgee College, Nick is deeply connected to this community and brings with him a career built on reading people, earning trust, and helping others perform at their best.

Before real estate, Nick spent years as a lawyer in courtrooms, across negotiating tables, and in high-pressure situations where clarity and composure mattered most.

That foundation sharpened his instincts for people and gave him an edge that few bring to the property industry. He went on to build his real estate career within two of Queensland's most respected agencies, Ray White Malan + Co and Ray White Surfers Paradise.

Over time, a clear pattern emerged. Nick's greatest impact wasn't in selling. It was in the people around him. In developing agents, building confidence, and creating the conditions for others to thrive. That realisation shaped his path toward leadership and ultimately brought him to this role.

As Sales Manager, Nick is a full-time dedicated resource to the Wilston business. He works alongside the leadership team with one clear focus: helping agents access the support, structure, and guidance they need to perform at their absolute best. His approach combines strategic thinking with genuine care for the people he works with, a combination that makes him exactly the right person for this role.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP) from Bond University, and is a licensed legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
