    Just finished in July 2026 and never occupied, the home is now offered for sale through Ray White Clayfield, a pure and uncompromised expression of Haycorp's philosophy: development as an art form.

    Leon and Silke Hayes have called Hendra home since 2009 and have developed several properties in the suburb since then. 

    When the Lilley Street site came to auction in July 2023, the opportunity was clear. 

    “We wanted to build on one of Hendra's finest streets, and this purchase afforded us exactly that opportunity," said Leon Hayes, CEO and Co-Founder of Haycorp.

    The vision for Lily on Lilley was defined from the outset: timeless luxury that met the demands of sustainability. The brief was to deliver Hendra's best home on a 407sqm property, maximising space and livability without concession to either quality or environmental performance.

    Silke Hayes, Design Director and Co-Founder, led the design process from concept through to completion. Every element of the floor plan was interrogated for its contribution to the whole, from the double-height entry foyer and floating staircase to the open-plan living and dining spaces that dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior. The kitchen anchors the social heart of the home, featuring a 2.5-metre Dolce Vita Dolomite island, Miele appliances, a butler's pantry, and floor-to-ceiling cabinetry with integrated LED lighting.

    Sustainability was not an afterthought. It was a founding principle of the project, and that commitment drove the decision to pursue a 7-star NatHERS energy rating, a benchmark rarely achieved in Queensland residential construction.

    “Our focus on sustainability was there from the beginning, which meant chasing 7 stars,” said Leon Hayes. 

    “We included upgraded insulation to walls, floors and ceiling, solar power, a battery system, and double glazing, which is almost unheard of in Queensland. We then added ceiling fans throughout, high-efficiency appliances including a three-unit fridge freezer and dishwasher, and LED lighting throughout.'

    The result is a 13.8kW solar system comprising 30 Aiko panels paired with a 20kW battery storage system, a fully double-glazed envelope, and a passive design strategy that works in concert with the home's active systems to minimise energy demand at the source.

    Set on a north-south oriented 407sqm block, Lily on Lilley features six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a saltwater pool, and a two-car garage. 

    The master suite includes a spa-inspired ensuite, freestanding bath, and bespoke dressing room. The home has never been occupied, and presents in the condition in which it was designed and built.
