The sale is Greenbank’s biggest sale of 2026, outperforming the suburb’s previous top price tag for the year by more than $300,000.

Ray White AKG sales agent Xavier Tofilau said the sale of the six-bedder at 39-49 Kingfisher Road, Greenbank involved a high-energy campaign and ignited extraordinary buyer demand from across Queensland.

Mr Tofilau said the campaign drove more than 100 targeted enquiries across online listings, social media, direct calls, and texts.

“Ultimately, the trophy estate was snapped up by a family who fell in love with its high-end multi-generational design, bespoke luxury, and magnificent acreage block,” Mr Tofilau said.

“Buyers are actively acting when the right property meets the market at the right price point,” Mr Tofilau said.

“The sheer level of interest in Kingfisher Road proves that premium acreage offering dual living, bespoke finishes, and usable land remains heavily in demand.”

Spanning two fully usable, picture-perfect hectares backed by a creek, the estate stands out as the ultimate sanctuary, he said.

“Designed for luxury living, the property pairs a sprawling four-bedroom main home with a fully self-contained two-bedroom granny flat - interconnected by an incredible outdoor courtyard featuring an electric operable roof for year-round entertaining,” Mr Tofilau said.

Inside the main home, standout luxury takes center stage with an oversized master retreat, dedicated media room, and a gourmet chef’s kitchen featuring a 3 metre stone benchtop and butler’s pantry.

Outside, resort-style living comes alive with an 8 metre saltwater pool, sprawling manicured lawns with over 60 illuminated trees, and a lush fruit orchard.

“The estate is equally loaded with impressive practical infrastructure and eco-friendly tech,” Mr Tofilau said.
