Ray White Victoria & Tasmania CEO Domenic Belfiore said he was thrilled to promote Valentina Parra into the position, which will see her execute the group's strategic ambitions and oversee the day-to-day running of the corporate team, freeing him to focus on network growth.

"What sets Valentina and her journey apart is her phenomenal work ethic," Mr Belfiore said. "She's super ambitious, always keen to learn and a total doer. I have really enjoyed working with her over the last 7 years. She just gets the job done."

In her new role, Ms Parra will be responsible for setting and executing OKRs across growth and market share, with an ambition to be best in market, and best in the network's own backyard. while ensuring the business leads on compliance and delivers a best-in-class customer experience.

"It's not just about being the biggest," Ms Parra said. "I want us to be the leading network in compliance, in luxury, and in every part of the experience we give our customers."

Ms Parra's path to the C-suite began at just 18, as a corporate assistant on reception in Queensland, and later she worked across finance, marketing, events and IT. She is also a gun auctioneer in her own right.

Over the following years she moved through marketing and advertising, into Loan Market, before returning to Ray White and eventually stepping into sales herself, reaching Alan White Premier status, and, more recently, auctioneering.

Ms Parra said the appointment reflected the culture that has kept her at Ray White for close to two decades.

"My team, we support each other so much. We work together with every intention to grow and be the best in the market," she said.

“I want us to lead in compliance and always do all of the things right for our customers so they have the best experience with Ray White.”
