The move establishes a strong, direct foothold in the Frenchs Forest and Forestville region - a critical geographical link bridging the group’s established strongholds across Sydney’s Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches, that will become the epicentre of activity.
The expansion comes as property search data highlights the strategic importance of the Forest district.
According to recent Domain enquiry insights, 60 per cent to 70 per cent of all buyer enquiries in Frenchs Forest and Forestville originate from out-of-area buyers, with nearly three-quarters coming specifically from the Northern Beaches and North Shore.
The new team will capitalise on this buyer flow to deliver targeted, cross-regional campaign exposure for local vendors.
Associate Kane Edwards has also joined the business alongside James Leith after making the move from another agency.
Arriving in Australia from Scotland 12 years ago as a personal trainer, James transitioned into real estate in 2019 and rapidly scaled his performance, achieving 40 property sales annually within a short timeframe.

Tamara Lawless joins Ray White Northern Beaches after three years selling real estate in the local area.
Before moving into sales, she built a long corporate career, leading the sales operations team at a leading Australian property portal and spending 15 years in sales enablement at a major online job board.
A Forestville local, Tamara is currently renovating her family home. She knows the market firsthand and understands what buying and selling feels like from the client's side.
