Driven by fierce competition and high buyer confidence, six out of eight properties sold under the hammer on Wednesday, with three homes smashing past seller expectations.
Ray White Taylors Lakes principal Peter Travlos said a total of 24 registered bidders competed across the evening, creating an electric atmosphere in the auction room.
The crown jewel of the night was 24 Morcambe Crescent, Keilor Downs, which took out the top sale spot after competitive bidding pushed the final hammer price to $930,000.
