Callum joins Ray White Corporate with a decade of experience spanning franchise business operations and real estate, with a track record of identifying underperforming businesses and implementing strategies to scale revenue and build high-performance teams.
Having transitioned into real estate in 2021, Callum has worked across residential and commercial sectors, led a regional Queensland business, and most recently headed the sales function of a high-performing Sydney office before stepping into his corporate role.
A licensed auctioneer, Callum is known for his composed presence under pressure and his ability to drive competitive outcomes, qualities that translate directly into the performance coaching environment he now leads.
Ray White NSW|ACT CEO Tim Snell said Callum's appointment reflected the group's commitment to investing in the success of its people.
"Callum brings exactly the right mix of operational experience and performance focus that our network needs. We're thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the impact he'll have across NSW|ACT."
Mr Hogan said joining Ray White felt like a full circle moment.
”I started my real estate career within the brand, so to now return in a leadership capacity is something I’m incredibly proud of,” Mr Hogan said.
“My focus in this role is ultimately very simple; helping our businesses deliver the best possible experience to their clients and communities. I genuinely believe Ray White offers one of the strongest platforms in the market for people choosing to sell their home, and helping our businesses bring that experience to more customers across NSW and the ACT is an incredible opportunity.
“Performance has never just been about numbers to me. Sustainable performance comes from culture, accountability, process, leadership and people genuinely buying into a shared vision. When those things align, growth becomes a byproduct rather than the sole focus.
“I’m looking forward to spending time in businesses across the state, understanding their marketplaces, their challenges and opportunities, and working alongside them to help unlock the next phase of growth.”
