Known as Aramoana, which means The Pathway to the Sea, Mr Bragg said the design of his home was inspired by the "American Lakehouse" aesthetic combined with his own Kiwi roots.
Mr Bragg and his wife, Helen, commissioned renowned architect Mark Broadley of Giles Tribe Architects to create a timeless estate for their family of seven.
“The vision was to create a true waterfront estate—timeless, grounded, and rich in traditional craftsman detail. Mature 30-year-old olive trees frame a cobbled drive, guiding you through the home and onto a pristine entertaining lawn,” Mr Bragg said.
“Beyond, the grounds roll effortlessly to the pool, boathouse and picture-perfect jetty.”
