Helen Yan is celebrating 10 years with the Ray White Group, the opening of a brand-new Ray White Balwyn office, and the renewal of her long-term franchise partnership with the group.

Surrounded by loyal clients, family, colleagues and members of the local community, the celebration recognised Ms Yan’s extraordinary contribution to the Balwyn property market and the wider Ray White network over more than a decade.

Having worked in the Balwyn area since 2010, Ms Yan has become one of the most recognised and respected agents in Victorian real estate, building a reputation for elite performance alongside deep community connection.

For eight consecutive years, Ms Yan has been the number one principal in Victoria, believed to be the longest-running streak in the Ray White Victoria and Tasmania network. She was also ranked the REB number one agent in Victoria in both 2024 and 2025 across the state’s top 50 agents, while also being named REB’s number one female agent in Australia for four consecutive years.

In 2023, Ms Yan was awarded the prestigious Ray White CEO’s Cup, recognising her contribution not only to her own business, but to the broader Ray White Group and its culture.

Ms Yan said the occasion was particularly meaningful as it brought together several defining moments in both her professional and personal journey.

“Celebrating 10 years with Ray White while opening our beautiful new Balwyn office makes this an incredibly special moment for me and my family,” Ms Yan said.

“Signing another franchise agreement with Ray White reflects how much I value this partnership and the support the group has given me throughout my career.

“Balwyn has been my home market for more than 15 years and staying connected to the local community has always been the most important part of what we do. So many of our clients have supported us over many years, and it means a lot to celebrate this milestone with them.

“This new office represents the next chapter for our business and I’m very proud of what our team has created together.”

Ms Yan also acknowledged the contribution of her son, Jason, who has played a major role behind the scenes in helping lead the office and deliver the new premises.

“Jason and the team’s support has meant everything,” she said.

“This has truly been a family effort. Jason has worked tirelessly helping organise the team, oversee the move and bring the vision for the new office to life. I’m incredibly proud to be building this business together.”

Domenic Belfiore, CEO of Ray White Victoria and Tasmania, said Ms Yan’s sustained success had set a benchmark across the network.

“Helen’s consistency, leadership and commitment to her clients is genuinely remarkable,” Mr Belfiore said.

“To remain the number one principal in Victoria for eight consecutive years is an extraordinary achievement and a reflection of the trust she has built within her community over a very long period of time.

“She represents the very best of Ray White, not only through performance, but through the way she supports people, develops her team and contributes to the broader network.”

Dan White, Managing Director of the Ray White Group, who attended the celebration in person, said Ms Yan’s impact extended far beyond sales results.

“Helen is one of the most respected figures in our entire group,” Mr White said.

“What makes her story so special is her extraordinary work ethic to get the best results for her customers. There are so many customers here today that have told me stories about the incredible care and attention that Helen has given them over so many years to deliver extraordinary results. That is the ultimate compliment”.

“The renewal of her agreement is an incredibly proud moment for Ray White and we’re proud to continue this partnership as she enters an exciting new chapter with the opening of this outstanding new office.”
