A total of 23 registered bidders drove the action across the night, with eight out of 11 properties selling under the hammer.
Most properties attracted two or more active bidders, creating an electric atmosphere that pushed sale prices well above expectations.
The crown jewel of the evening was 42 Pindari Avenue, Taylors Lakes, which secured the top sale of the night with a $1,120,000 result.
Other standout sales included 4 Kestrel Court, Taylors Lakes, which changed hands for $970,000, and 21 Garnet Way, Taylors Hill, fetching a strong $951,000.
Ray White Taylors Lakes director, Peter Travlos, said the outstanding results are a testament to the enduring resilience of the local property market and the undeniable power of the in-room auction format.
“Bringing this many qualified buyers together in one room creates an incredible energy that you just can't replicate anywhere else,” Mr Travlos said.
“To achieve a 72.7 per cent clearance rate and nearly $6.8 million in property sales in a single evening shows that while there might be broader market uncertainty, confidence in Taylors Lakes and the surrounding areas remains exceptionally strong.
“Buyers are actively looking for quality homes, and our team’s strategic marketing campaigns successfully created the competitive environment needed to deliver premium outcomes for our vendors.”
Mr Travlos said the strong turnout and high volume of active bidding reinforce a clear trend: local demand continues to outstrip supply, making it an opportunistic time for homeowners looking to sell.
